Retreat Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Sweet Life Experiences, we know that sometimes plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to offer flexibility while protecting the integrity of each retreat—ensuring we can deliver the high-quality, personalized experience our guests expect and deserve.

Non-Refundable Deposit

To confirm your place, a 15% deposit is required at the time of booking.

This allows us to secure accommodations, begin preparation, and tailor your retreat experience.

  • This deposit is non-refundable, but it may be applied to a future retreat if your plans change with sufficient notice.

Refunds (Beyond the Deposit)
  • Cancellations made 45+ days before the retreat start date: You’ll receive a full refund of any payments made, excluding the deposit.
  • Cancellations made within 44 days of the retreat start date: Due to the close proximity to the event, we’re unable to issue refunds.

Note: If we are able to fill your place, we’ll gladly offer a credit toward a future retreat.

Transfer Policy

Need to shift your plans? We're happy to help where possible.

  • Transfers to a future retreat or to another guest may be requested up to 45 days before the retreat begins.
  • After this window, we'll assess requests on a case-by-case basis.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in the event of illness, travel delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Exceptions & Emergencies

We understand that life happens. In the event of a serious illness or emergency, we may—at our discretion—offer a credit toward a future retreat or explore alternative solutions.
