Drawing on her background as a Personal Trainer, her degree in Psychology, and her own life-changing health journey, she supports self-led business owners in creating healthy rhythms that last.

She leads Sweet Life’s vitality approach, built around her Five Vitality Pillars: Move with Intention, Nourish to Flourish, Build Stress Resilience, Prioritise Rest & Recovery, and Strengthen Your Flourish Mindset. These pillars focus on simple, intentional habits that create lasting impact.

Alongside her role at Sweet Life, Aimee runs her own health and lifestyle business, giving her first-hand insight into the demands of running a business while protecting your wellbeing. 

Whether through 1:1 support, group sessions, or seasonal guidance in the Sweet Life Club, Aimee’s goal is to help every client feel stronger, more energised, and ready for what matters most.
