Thrive Walk Tuscany Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Sweet Life Experiences, we understand that plans can change. Thrive Walk Tuscany is a highly personalised, one-to-one coaching experience, and each booking involves significant preparation and advance arrangements. Our policy is designed to offer flexibility while protecting the quality and integrity of your experience.

Deposits

To secure your booking, a 10% deposit is required at the time of confirmation.
This deposit is fully refundable up to 90 days before your scheduled start date.

After this period, the deposit becomes non-refundable due to pre-arranged venue, concierge, and scheduling commitments.

Refunds
  • Cancellations made 90 days or more before your experience:
    Full refund, including deposit.
  • Cancellations made between 89 and 60 days before your experience:
    Full refund excluding deposit.
  • Cancellations made within 59 days of your experience:
    Non-refundable, as preparations and reservations are already in place.

However, if we’re able to offer your original dates to another client, we’ll gladly apply your full payment as a credit toward a future Thrive Walk within 12 months – or, where possible, explore a partial refund once replacement bookings are confirmed.

Rescheduling & Transfers

We understand that plans can change, and we’ll always do our best to accommodate you.
If you need to move your Thrive Walk to new dates, we offer full flexibility – simply let us know as soon as possible.

There’s no additional cost for rescheduling, and your payment will be fully transferred to your new dates, provided we can confirm availability.

If your preferred dates aren’t available, we’ll work together to find the next suitable option within 12 months.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unforeseen changes, delays, or cancellations.

Emergencies & Compassion Clause

We understand that life can take unexpected turns. In the case of illness, family emergency, or other exceptional circumstances, we’ll review your situation personally and explore flexible options, including credits or rescheduling where possible.
