Thrive Walk Tuscany Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Sweet Life Experiences we understand that plans can change.

Thrive Walk Tuscany is a highly personalised, one-to-one experience. Each booking involves dedicated time, preparation, and advance arrangements.

This policy is designed to offer flexibility while protecting the quality of your experience.

Deposits

To secure your booking, a 10% deposit is required at confirmation.

  • Fully refundable up to 90 days before your scheduled start date
  • Non-refundable within 90 days, due to pre-arranged commitments

Cancellations & Refunds

The following terms apply based on when you cancel your experience:

  • 90 days or more before your experience
    Full refund, including deposit
  • Between 89 and 60 days
    Full refund, excluding deposit
  • Within 59 days
    Non-refundable

However, if we’re able to offer your original dates to another client, we will:

  • apply your full payment as a credit toward a future Thrive Walk (within 12 months), or
  • where possible, provide a partial refund once replacement bookings are confirmed

Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change and will always do our best to accommodate you.

  • Your booking can be moved to new dates at no additional cost
  • Payment will be fully transferred, subject to availability
  • If your preferred dates aren’t available, we’ll work with you to find a suitable alternative within 12 months

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unforeseen changes, delays, or cancellations.

Emergencies

In the case of illness, family emergency, or exceptional circumstances, we will review your situation personally and explore flexible options, including rescheduling or credit where possible.
