See where you stand

A simple way to understand how you’re really doing across life, business, and vitality is through the Burnout–Flourish Spectrum. It turns vague feelings into clear insight and helps you see not only where you are, but what kind of rhythm or support you need next.

Why this spectrum matters

As self-led business owners, we optimise everything. Time. Revenue. Results.
But how often do we check in with ourselves?

Burnout does not always arrive as collapse.
Sometimes it shows up quietly, as a slow drift from clarity, energy, and joy.

That is why I created the Burnout–Flourish Spectrum. It is a clear and compassionate tool that helps you locate yourself and respond with care, not guilt.

When you can name where you are, you can begin to shift it.

The four zones of the spectrum

You will not live in one zone forever. Life moves. Stress rises. Seasons change.
Knowing where you are right now helps you make smarter decisions in life, business, and wellbeing.

🔴 Zone 1: Burnout

“I can’t keep going like this.”

This is full depletion. The tank is empty. You may feel numb, anxious, or disconnected from your work and yourself.

Signs
  • Difficulty concentrating or deciding

  • Constant fatigue or frequent illness

  • Apathy toward work or clients
Mindset

“What’s the point? I don’t even care anymore.”

What’s needed

Before strategy, you need space. Rest, safety, and small wins.

Your pathway might include

A note on movement
